Harriet (our Mom) felt so comfortable with Kailee that she asked for a hug after their first meeting…Kailee of course reciprocated. We knew this was a match!! We thought we knew what we were doing however Harriet had been on a wait list going on 2 years and although not urgent, we knew we had to do something as her social circle was getting smaller and she had given up driving (her decision) so that further limited her getting out when she wanted to. My wife had worked with Kailee and always spoke highly of her, and we decided it was time to reach out! Kailee put Harriet at ease right away.
